By accessing, registering, or using the 666pub platform (accessible at 666pub.vip and all associated subdomains, applications, and services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 666pub or any affiliated company, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or had an account terminated by 666pub for violation of these Terms.

666pub reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full suite of 666pub services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 666pub Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, variations of your name, or under the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and 666pub accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on the 666pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay. Additional methods may be introduced from time to time at 666pub's discretion.
• Minimum deposit is PHP 100. Deposits credited to your 666pub wallet are generally available for play immediately upon successful processing confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal is PHP 100. Withdrawal requests are processed by 666pub during operational hours and subject to identity verification review.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered under your verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• In cases where 666pub reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be withheld pending investigation.
• 666pub does not charge platform fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are outside 666pub's control and may apply.

666pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds consistent with applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.

666pub may offer various promotions, bonuses, and incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements"), game restrictions, minimum odds, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 666pub promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or void of any bet.

Slot and RNG-based games on the 666pub Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions. Live dealer games are conducted by certified professional croupiers under audited studio conditions.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity disruption during a game round, 666pub will apply the following resolution procedure in order of preference: (a) restoration of the game round from the point of interruption; (b) voiding of the affected game round with a full refund of the wager placed; or (c) review of server-side logs to determine the outcome. 666pub's decision on game round resolutions is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666pub Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or services;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution in bad faith;

All content on the 666pub Platform, including but not limited to the 666pub name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game content (where owned or licensed to 666pub), text, graphics, audio, video, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 666pub or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content for any purpose other than your personal use.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 666pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 666pub expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Losses resulting from game outcomes, whether involving skill or chance;
• Technical interruptions, service downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond 666pub's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party infrastructure outages;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information provided on the Platform, including published odds, RTP figures, and promotional materials.

Your use of the 666pub Platform involves the collection, storage, and processing of personal information. The manner in which 666pub collects, uses, retains, shares, and protects your personal data is governed by the 666pub Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your mobile number for OTP verification, identity verification, and account-related communications. 666pub complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

• Violation of the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;

• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure due to a breach by the User, any funds resulting from fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be withheld, and 666pub reserves the right to seek recovery of funds already withdrawn in connection with the breach. Funds legitimately belonging to you that are not subject to any dispute or hold will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period after investigation is complete.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 666pub support team via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

666pub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
